Cornetti Lampone Chocolato ¥420+TAX
Cornetti matches seasonal flavors with each season. This time, it was inspired by the European custom of eating spiced sweets at Christmas. For a limited time only, raspberry sauce and milk chocolate with a hint of spice flavor are sandwiched in between. The bite-size pieces are easy to eat for breakfast or other occasions. Zuppa Inglese ¥580+TAX
Zuppa Inglese is a traditional Italian pastry made of sponge or lady's fingers soaked in syrup or liqueur and layered with cream, and is said to be the prototype for tiramisu.
With holiday colors in mind, red ingredients of raspberries and strawberries are combined. The bottom of the cup is filled with ladyfingers dipped in strawberry syrup, topped with berry sauce, original cream, crunchy crumble, and finally bright red raspberry powder.

Maritozzo Lampone & Fragola ¥380+TAX
Maritozzo" is a classic from Rome, Italy, with plenty of cream sandwiched between brioche dough. This time, a generous amount of fresh cream is sandwiched together with a berry sauce made from a combination of strawberry and raspberry puree in an original brioche with a subtle orange flavor. The sweet and sour taste and mildness intertwine perfectly.
