A garage is a place to park your car. This "garage" lifestyle brand supports a lifestyle that is connected to the "garage".GORDON MILLER〉.

The core of the brand is the "garage. The brand has released car seats, containers, clothing, and all sorts of other garage-related products, but now it has finally made its main focus: a house with a garage, or rather, a garage with a house. We have teamed up with a cultural home builder, "BETSUDAI TOKYO Inc.operated by theDolive".

Gordon Miller was asked the question, "If Gordon Miller were to build a house, what would it be like? The two designers arrived at the following elements: blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors, making the garage meaningful not only to one person but to everyone who lives in it, and bringing the car and life closer together. Therefore, the garage is designed to be the center and mediator of the house. It seamlessly connects people, things, and objects in the place.

There are several plans available, but we will introduce two typical ones. First is the "FLAT type," a bold floor plan with a garage in the middle of the house.

The main feature is a large garage of about 28 m2 placed in the center of the house. The depth is approximately 7.7 m.  The garage is connected to the living space so as not to isolate it. The living/dining room is transformed into a spacious outdoor living room with a sense of unity with the garage when the sash is opened. The loft space on the mezzanine floor can be used for work or collection space, and the minimalist exterior is also supremely cool.

Next is the "COMPACT type," which allows garage life to be enjoyed even on small lots in urban areas.

Like the FLAT type, the garage is located in the center of the first floor. The design has a skip floor consisting of a mezzanine floor and a large atrium, creating a connection between each floor. large sashes are used as partitions between the garage and the entrance on the first floor, and the floor is one continuous earthen floor. The floor is a dirt floor, which is a great feature for such a small house. The dirt floor is a very exciting feature of this small house.
