A marriage of tea and art! I am interested in Baissacou , a project launched on the theme of communication.

The project "BYSAKUU" was launched under the theme of communication, bringing together two very different things: tea leaves and white T-shirts.

The name of this seemingly unfamiliar project is based on the Japanese tea café "SAKUU/CHAKUU" at JINNAN HOUSE in Tokyo, and is named with the meaning of BYSA (selling tea) + KUU (sky = spreading, open).

In the "Baissakou" series, tea leaves are visually expressed and delivered together with various artists. The first batch of tea leaves with artwork by Kosuke Kawamura is now available for purchase.

Kawamura's well-known collage technique is used to express the theme of "connecting communications that have been disjointed by the Corona disaster.
