TISSOT offers a wide variety of watches, from entry-priced watches to special 18K gold watches.Recently, HOUYHNHNM created an article focusing on the Tissot Seastar 1000 released by this watchmaker. The fashionable people of Kansai who wear city-style divers' watches and their words are very persuasive and convey the appeal of Tissot. If you haven't seen it yet, please check it out.
. Here we would like to highlight the Tissot Seastar 2000 Professional, a higher-end version of the same diver's watch.
Tissot has been developing waterproof, dustproof, and antimagnetic wristwatches using a screw-in sealed construction since 1938. The company has been proposing diver's watches under the name of "Sea Star.
Against this backdrop, the new watch has a robust stainless steel case with a diameter of 46 millimeters and a thickness of 16.25 millimeters. It boasts a water resistance rating of 60 atmospheres, something that is not normally found in most models, and is equipped with a helium escape valve at the 9 o'clock position. For those who do not know, this valve is designed for professional divers who vent the helium that enters the watch in deep water.
Then, looking at the back of the watch, we see that it is made with a see-through case back using a sapphire crystal. This is a design that is usually avoided at this pressure-resistant level, but the use of a see-through caseback dares to prove the high level of technical skill.
The dial, with its impressive wave pattern, is available in three colors: ultramarine blue, Nordic blue, and dark stormy gray. Each color is beautiful and can be selected to suit the wearer's preference.
