Last year, AIGLE made a major decision. AIGLE has begun to move into a new era, bringing in the founders of Études Studio, Orelian Albe, Jeremy Egli, and Josée Ramali, as artistic directors. Aigle was founded in 1853. As a pioneer of French lifestyle brands, the company had long been following its own path, and the method of bringing in new blood was a surprise to the fashion industry.
In this vein, a capsule collection by the three members of Etude Studio will be released.
Created prior to the full-fledged launch of the Spring/Summer 2022 collection, the collection is impressive for its deep, neutral colors that are typical of autumn/winter. The modern design without excessive detailing naturally enhances the charm of the wearer.
À L'EXTÉRIEUR DEPUIS 1853" on T-shirts and hoodies is the brand statement. It means "Outdoors since 1853" and indicates the brand's history of being close to the city and nature since its establishment and its concern for the environment in its manufacturing.
The core of the collection is rubber boots made of natural rubber. Originally known as the brand's signature product, the three artistic directors explain, ".
. in order to create the cleanest product possible, we disassembled the boots once . . The silhouette of the boots was inspired by shoe covers from the archives. The color is a deep black with the Aigle logo in white letters. This model will be released in the fall of 2021, and will be further updated for the spring/summer 2010 season.
This lineup is a glimpse of the new "AEGLE". The sale will start on November 8 (Mon.). It will be available only at the brand's Harajuku store, online store, and "ZOZOTOWN" store.
