An indigo dyeing group based in Tokushima,BUAISOU."and "BLUE BOTTLE COFFEEwill host a collaborative event.
Sustainability is the theme of this event. . Simply put, the focus here is on taking good care of things and using them for a long time. Some of the tote bags sold at Blue Bottle Coffee are no longer available for sale due to damage caused by the fabric and production process. BUAISOU" will painstakingly dye those tote bags and sell them in limited quantities.
There will also be a workshop where visitors can experience "Nukizome," a technique of bleaching fabric colors for printing, and a space will be created where visitors can consult with "BUAISOU" about commissioning dyeing of their personal belongings. Bring your favorite clothes and accessories and give them a new lease of life in this valuable experience.
The venue is Blue Bottle Coffee Nakameguro Cafe, where you can enjoy a different experience with a cup of coffee from April 6 (Thu) to 9 (Sun).
