ACRONYM®, led by Errolson Hugh, creates innovative techwear. The cult-favorite brand has long collaborated with NIKE, with whom it has developed a close relationship.
And now, for the first time in nearly four years, the tag team of the two is making a comeback! The classic "Blazer Low" has been reinterpreted by Erolson Hugh to create a technical pair of shoes.
Nike x ACRONYM® Blazer Low ¥15,500 each
The classic style of the Blazer Low is retained, while the upper is made of suede and ballistic nylon.
The suede is laser cut in places, and the ballistic nylon lining peeks out in an innovative design. The design is unique to Erolson Hewes in that it is durable at the same time.
The most distinctive feature of the new model is the TPU heel clips on both heels. The TPU heel clips are removable, giving the Blazer Low a new sense of customizability.
In terms of design, this detail adds to the futuristic impression.
A custom Acronium logo on the tongue, lining, and throughout the heel rounds out this collaborative model.
In addition, for the first time in their history, the two companies will collaborate on apparel items.
The collection, a fusion of Nike's tradition and Acronium's innovation, will be available from February 4 (Fri.) at theACRNM.com", starting Thursday, February 10.SNKRSand "NIKELABIt will be available at "MA5" and "DSM GINZA".
