With the spread of outdoor saunas and the popularity of "hygge," Finland has been the focus of much attention in recent years.
The increasingly popular sneaker brand "KARHU" was also born in Finland. Its coloring is unmistakably Scandinavian, and its specifications allow for easy walking in natural surroundings.
KARHU collaborated with Finnish-born author Tove Jansson's "Moomin" series. The result is a pair of sneakers that look like something out of a picture book.

ARIA, on the other hand, is inspired by the lighthouse on Rock Island, where the Moomin family arrives. The dawn sky seen from the lighthouse and the snowy water droplets recreate the atmosphere of the island, which is a little lonely and beautiful. The classical mesh is also a nice touch.
This one uses an in-sock construction integrated with the upper, providing light comfort and a stable hold. It fits snugly to the foot, even in rocky terrain like the island where the Moomins are located.
