Glenn Martens, the creative director of Y/Project, has been appointed creative director of Diesel. This big news hit the fashion world last October.
Six months have passed since then, and the Spring/Summer 2010 collection by Glen is finally beginning to appear in stores.
The most notable of these is the "Diesel Library," which focuses on denim. The lineup includes a variety of essential items that can be worn for a long time, regardless of gender, scene, or trend, incorporating a genderless design concept.
So, this series will be developed across seasons and possibly even become a permanent one.
The campaign visual for the "Diesel Library" has now been unveiled.
The cast includes world-renowned singer Tony Braxton and his son Diesel Braxton, actor and singer Aaron Piper, Lauren Sye, who is well-known in Japan, and Diesel muse Ella Snyder.
The fact that the brand's founder, Renzo Rosso, has been appointed is also not to be overlooked.
For this campaign, we created a playful visual by compositing multiple models in one photo.
So much clothing to fit one person. This visual seems to express the diversity and inclusiveness of the "Diesel Library".
The "Diesel Library" is now available at Diesel stores nationwide and at the official online store. Find your essential items.
