Worn-out sneakers are reconstructed and sublimated into artwork. The first exhibition of You2, an up-and-coming artist, will be held.

Sneakers are becoming more and more popular. For some, they are for viewing, for others they are an investment, and for still others they are a work of art with graphics. As sneaker culture has developed, the uses of shoes have also diversified.

We started working on this project in 2019.You2is an up-and-coming artist who sublimates sneakers into artwork by deconstructing and reconstructing them. His first exhibition, "ANECDOTE," will be held at the "ANECDOTE" Gallery in Tokyo,STUDIO 4NThe event will be held at

You2, based in Osaka, updates worn-out skates into collage works. At the exhibition, You2's inspirational artwork, ranging from three-dimensional objects to two-dimensional works, will be on display and for sale. You2's creative process of breathing new life into disused sneakers can be described as a modern and up-cycled approach.

The exhibition will run for nine days from April 9 (Sat) to April 17 (Sun). Please enjoy a variety of unique and dynamic works.
