The theme for the first installment is "Sake Saba Sound. Guests will include "1.1," a music bar in Gion, Kyoto, which Minami frequents both publicly and privately, and "Everyday" in Shijo Tominokoji, Kyoto, which specializes in sake and saba-zushi (mackerel sushi), creating a comfortable space with sake, saba-zushi, and music. In addition to the lemon chuhai and carefully selected natural wines that 1.1 is known for, and records selected by the owner, guests can enjoy the signature menu of "Everyday" that will make even the most discerning foodie swoon.
