The naturalization of imported goods mixed with indigenous ones is a truly typical Japanese way of life.

The newly born ALONGU is a tableware brand created by product designer Hitoshi Kuraki. A total of 10 models, completed with Mine Masaki as art director, will go on sale on June 29 (Wed.).
The tableware is designed to be used every day, not only in terms of design, such as a shape that fits comfortably in the hand and a simple yet gentle glaze, but also in terms of ease of handling when washing, and good overlap when storing on a shelf. Hasami is an environment where tableware can be mass-produced, and the prices are affordable, so it is easy to have a collection of these pieces.
We value the natural appearance of these vessels. This is a brand that does not produce so-called "B" stock as well as enjoying the subtle differences in the appearance of each piece. Iron powders and unevenness of glaze are also points that you will grow attached to as you use them. There is also a way to find your favorite piece.
Once again, the product will go on sale on Wednesday, June 29, but will be unveiled first at Spiral Market in Aoyama and the online store SAIKAISHOP on Monday, June 13.
