When you hear the words "art museum" or "art exhibition," don't you feel a bit nervous? You check the artist, read the explanatory panels, Google the name of the work, and so on. Knowing the background is not a bad thing, but it can sometimes dull the sense of encounter.
So when you come to "JUNK JUNCTION" (JUNK JUNCTION), please confront the works without looking at anything first.
However, some preliminary information.
The curator of this exhibition is "PICFA," a Type B employment support center for people with disabilities. At PICFA, people with various handicaps express themselves freely by drawing pictures, making three-dimensional objects, tearing paper, etc., and make their living through art.
Nitto Denka Kogyo, which has been working with them, produced the product, and it is now ready to go!Studio 4N.This exhibition was realized in the following way. In other words, this is a group exhibition of welfare art.
...you don't have to know anything like that, just look at the work from a flat perspective and you will be OK.
If you are not satisfied with just watching a work and want to think about it, knowing the background will help you to do so.
Anyway, these are all very good works, but they are usually only available in Saga Prefecture. So now is a good time to see them.
The exhibition will be held from Saturday, June 25. Now, let's forget about the contents of this article for a moment and view the exhibition with a clean slate.
