The white burger is the newest addition to the menu. This limited-time menu item will be served with a pure white sauce made from four types of cheese: cream, Gouda, Emmentaler, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

To coincide with this menu item, the Mos Burger Ebisu-Higashi branch has been covered in cheese and transformed into pure white. The iconic green is gone, and the white exterior is replaced by white objects, and even the staff uniforms are white.

This wrapping, which looks like snow, makes it feel somewhat cooler even in mid-summer.

It is sure to make you want to take pictures, but don't underestimate it as a mere "look". The starting point for this project is cheese, an ingredient that is effective against the summer heat.

By the way, if you purchase a Mos Burger at the Ebisu-Higashi branch, you will receive a sticker featuring a limited edition white Mos version of the corporate character "Lil' Mos," which has been changed to pure white. This is quite cute.
