BOTSU ANDERSON, a photography exhibition held in 2019 by photographer Takahiro Otsuji.
HOUYHNHNM's has been following the footsteps of Mr. Botsu, who was the main character in this exhibition, and is now starting a new project.
BOTSU=Botsu? Photographer Takahiro Otsuji's solo exhibition is somehow very meaningful.
In this project, we asked artists with whom Mr. Otsuji had a relationship to draw pictures of the animals he loved so much and put the drawings on T-shirts.
They plan to invite a different guest artist each time to create an original work of art for this project. Incidentally, the motifs of the paintings are all animals.
The first artist to be commemorated is Shuntaro Takeuchi, another well-known HOUYHNHNM's artist.

It is a rather common idea to make T-shirts printed with one's favorite things, but what sets this project apart from others like it is that the body of the T-shirt is originally made by the artist.
