Drinking outside with a can of beer and hot snacks is hard to ignore, but on days when you want to get drunk in a pleasant atmosphere, izakaya is the place to go. Hakata Chosuke, an udon izakaya with great taste, comfort, and location, is now open under the elevated railway tracks in Nakameguro.

Hakata Chosuke offers a wide variety of sake, snacks, and udon noodles, and like Fukuoka's main restaurant, Niokaya Chosuke, you can enjoy all of them until the end of the day at just one restaurant.

The drinks you order when you are seated include the "Chosuke Shiryu Graduates Lemon Sour" with a rich and bitter flavor, the "Hip Hop Highball" with the aroma of beer hops in whiskey, and the "Ultimate Oolong High" with the fruity taste of oolong tea "Dongfang Bijin". The menu includes an abundance of unique items, such as the "Ultimate Oolong High," which uses the oolong tea "Dongfang Bijin" for its fruity taste. Rare natural wines, carefully selected Japanese sake from sake breweries throughout Japan, and locally brewed sake from all over Kyushu are also on the menu.

About 50 dishes will be available to accompany the sake, including the spicy and addictive "Yuzu Kosho Mentaiko" and the juicy and crispy "Thick-cut Unzen Ham Cutlet".

When your stomach and liver are full, you may want to finish off your meal with "Hakata Chosuke's" famous udon. In addition to more than 10 kinds of udon dishes such as "Chicken Hakutou Udon" with chicken broth well mixed with udon and "Mentaiko Butter Kamatama" with dashi soy sauce and butter, "Nakamura Special" specially designed by Mr. Nakamura, the representative of "Transit General Office" is also available.
