The sneaker scene is increasingly focusing on retro running shoes, but voluminous basketball shoes are also consistently popular. This fall, PUMA is focusing on the SLIPSTREAM, which was created in 1987 as a college basketball shoe. A new color scheme with a retro look will be released from the "SLIPSTREAM LO RETRO," a modern interpretation of the original.
SLIPSTREAM LO RETRO ¥11,000 each
The two models are white with red and dark green as the base color. While the classic look of leather upper and suede is maintained, the deep colors peeking out from the footwear's opening and outsole create a casual impression.
The release will start on Saturday, September 24. SLIPSTREAM" is releasing new works one after another to commemorate the 35th anniversary of its debut, and we cannot take our eyes off of them in the future.
