ON THE LINE" again.
Photographer Keisuke Nagoshi's newest venture, the photography exhibition "ON THE LINE," will now be held at two venues: the select store "PHAETON" in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and the adjacent tea specialty store "TEATON.
In "Teton," Nagoshi spent about three weeks in the U.S. this past February living with train riders ( and ), who live in freight trains, and will exhibit new works photographed by Nagoshi.
For more information, please see this article.
For this exhibition, the space will be composed in a way that stimulates both the visual and auditory senses, while listening to the local sounds that Nagoshi has recorded.
In "Phaeton," on the other hand, the photographers have captured extreme subjects in a straightforward manner, which could be described as the style that Nagoshi has pursued up to now.
One of the highlights of the exhibition will be the opportunity to compare the new works with those of the past.
Also on Saturday, October 22, Keisuke Nagoshi and Yushito Sakaya ( Phaeton ) will hold a talk show to discuss photography, perspectives, and views on life and death.
