October 13th to 16th, 2022, "rooms PARK", a curated event to introduce all kinds of creators from Japan and abroad, was held at Shibuya Hikarie. 220 exhibitors including over 100 fashion brands, cosmetics, skin care, miscellaneous goods, interior, art, etc. participated in this event. HOUYHNHNM also made a special appearance at this event. HOUYHNHNM RUNNING CLUB♡♡ led the event and curated a variety of brands to express what running should be today and the creative side of running.
On October 16, the last day of the event, [<Topo Athleticand〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〈〉〉〉〉 and〉〉〉.salomonA group run will be held to try on the latest running shoes from the Hui-Nam Running Club♡. Led by HOUYHNHNM RUNNING CLUB♡♡, participants wearing the latest running shoes of each brand will run through the streets of Shibuya.

The course started at Shibuya Hikarie, the venue of "rooms PARK," and headed to Yoyogi Park via Harajuku, then around the park and back in a round course of about 6 km. Runners enjoyed city and park runs in the Shibuya area, avoiding busy areas and taking back roads, stopping to run and walk in some places.
And the finish. Participants were given the opportunity to try the Oizumi Plant's fermented sparkling tea kombucha, "_SHIPWe offer a "one-stop-shop" service!
This "_SHIP" is a slightly carbonated beverage made by adding sugar to tea and fermenting it with acetic acid bacteria and yeast colonies. Natural ingredients are used and the drink is refreshing, making it perfect for after a run.
In addition, a craft beer made by the bakery Boulanferme, "upcycle beerAlso!
The ingredient used for upcycling beer is bread ears. The starting point for the development of this product was a desire to eliminate food loss, "Can't we somehow make effective use of the bread ears produced in the sandwich bread manufacturing process? This was the starting point for the development of the product. When I actually tried the beer, I found that the flavor and the slurping sensation were just like that of craft beer, and it was truly rich in flavor. If you were not told, it would be hard to believe that bread ears were used in this beer.
As a souvenir, participants will receive a rough towel with an original logo drawn by artist Masanao Hirayama!
While experiencing the latest creativity, participants ran through the streets of Shibuya and Yoyogi Park wearing the newest shoes from the hottest brands, and prepared their bodies with delicious kombucha and quenched their thirst with excellent craft beers. The event came to a close with these various experiences.
Running is a physical and primitive activity, but at the same time, it has an exciting and creative aspect. HOUYHNHNM RUNNING CLUB♡♡ takes this idea seriously and expresses it in various ways in this event. The event was a chance to reconsider our relationship with running, and to rediscover the appeal of running with other people. For the group run participants and exhibitors, the event provided a meaningful opportunity to reaffirm the importance and appreciation of sharing real-life experiences.
