Tendo City store Kahlo to hold pop-up at Imagine. The focus is on Yamagata craftsmanship and vintage clothing.

The pop-up store "Caro", a USED & select store in Tendo, Yamagata, was held twice last year at "IMA:ZINE" in Osaka and received a good reputation.

It will return to "Imagine" for seven days from June 17 (Sat.) to 23 (Fri.).

This time, we will focus on Yamagata's craftsmanship, which Hitomi Toda, the owner of "Kahlo," loves.

The colorful socks that accentuate the feet are from Marina Karna. Upcycled from leftover fabrics, each pair is carefully made at the company's sewing factory in Gunma Prefecture.

The lineup includes hand-knitted zori made of bamboo skins by Karube Zori, which has been in business for over 100 years in Sagae City, and new PU leather zori that are made to order.

The design blends easily with contemporary fashion, and the more you wear it, the more comfortable it becomes on your feet.

Vessels and vases made of wood and lacquer skillfully express the grandeur, power, and beauty of nature.
