On June 20, the first store bearing the brand's name opened in Ginza, Tokyo. Here is a full report on the world's first store, which was directed by Raf himself.
The new brand logo features the design that was used when Calvin Klein was founded.
The concept of the store is "the contrast between sophistication and coarseness. The previous image of "Calvin Klein" was clean, modern, and quiet, but "CK Calvin Klein" was directed based on the keyword "crude.
The Calvin Klein store was once characterized by its marble interior, but this store has walls made of unfinished concrete. What Raff was most particular about was how to create this wall surface. He put a lot of effort into the choice of materials, including using concrete that, even when left unfinished, gives a sense of warmth.
The store carries both men's and women's items. The sofas in the men's space were specially ordered by " Cassina.
Another important concept in creating the store was "AMERICANA," which was also the theme of the fall/winter collection. The cheerful and pop tension that is Raf's current mood can be seen in the colors of the carpets and furniture. The fabric used for the sofa is a material that Raff once used in his collection.

Noteworthy,Feature Article on HOUYHNHNM's. but also introduced in this shop-exclusive outfit. It is characterized by the use of college-style patches and a rough, oversized, genderless construction. The genderless design will be further reflected in the items to be released in the future.
The store also features a pre-collection of the latest Calvin Klein Platinum collection. . Pictured is a sweatshirt set-up with a digital noise patch.
The reason why the first CK Calvin Klein store in Asia was opened in Ginza was because Raf was quite pro-Japanese. This is kind of a happy story. This is the only store in the world where you can still feel Raf's commitment. Please come and visit.
