The world's first cosmic opera "THE TRIP -Enter The Black Hole-" by Jeff Mills and COSMIC LAB will be held at "ZEROTOKYO" in Shinjuku Kabukicho.

Jeff Mills is one of Detroit's most important figures. He has expressed his unique view of the universe in many of his previous works and events, and will hold the world premiere of his live audiovisual work "THE TRIP -Enter The Black Hole-" at ZEROTOKYO in Kabukicho, Tokyo.

In the music, as well as in the visuals and lighting, and in the singing and contemporary dance, as well as in the costumes, Jeff himself will be the general director, with collaborators from various fields, to provide a tripping experience into the universe based on five theoretical scenarios.

Jeff Mills will be in charge of the overall direction, script, and music, while "Cosmic Lab," regarded as the most innovative visual team in Japan in terms of visual direction, will take control of the space using video and lighting equipment.

Jun Togawa

In addition, Jun Togawa, who has a cult following here in Japan as a singer, will join the festival. In "Contradiction - Atman in Brahman (Radio Edit)," which has already been announced, she performs a song that is peculiar in a good way and does not leave your ears once you hear it.
