Single O Ryogoku Tasting Bar, which used to be a coffee roastery and weekend-only tasting bar, has relocated and reopened as Single O Ryogoku Roastworks/Cafe, a cafe with its own roastery! The new café will serve drinks and food from 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, with the hope that more people will enjoy Single O coffee.

Other points of interest. In addition to Sally Hills' classic banana banana bread, food items on standby include the popular jaffle, a hot dog and bean dish available only at the Ryogoku location. And on weekends, a portion of the roasting area is open to the public, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the roasting machines. If you are lucky, you may even be able to watch a roaster cupping the coffee.
