SPiCE Cafe and Chums have collaborated to create a Chums original spice set that allows you to make your own authentic spiced curry. There are four flavors: chicken garlic, vegetable, pork, and butter chicken. The set is single-use and serves 4 people. I would like to express the spice cuisine I learned in the real world through the filter of "SPiCE Cafe" as spice cuisine that can only be made by Japanese people. I want to see the world, meet and talk with people from all over the world, and eat food from all over the world. It was at the age of 27 that I quit my job and set out on a 3.5 year trip to 48 countries with just these thoughts. Through my travels, I realized that I wanted to have my own restaurant. I wanted a space to express myself, a place to stay. To achieve this, I continued my training, and in 2003, I opened "SPiCE Cafe" in a corner of the downtown area where I was born and raised.
And "CHUMS CURRY" will appear on the lunch menu at "SPiCE Cafe" for one month only from August 1 (Tue.) to 31 (Thu.)! In addition, a tasting event of "CHUMS CURRY" prepared by Chef Ito of "SPiCE Cafe" will be held at "CHUMS Omotesando Store" on August 15 (Tue.). There is no way you can miss this one.
