You can drink cocktails made with shochu! The event "Super Night" that Iichiko is working on seems to be something interesting.

Shochu is one of the most mature of alcoholic beverages, but it becomes much easier to drink when it is mixed with carbonated water or in cocktails. Sanwa Shuyu, which sells the famous authentic barley shochu "iichiko," is currently holding a new initiative, "Super Night," to bring the benefits of shochu to more people.

The collaborators in this project, which has been held since June of this year, are four popular clubs in Tokyo: "or," "Dogenzaka Church," "Suigetsu-MITSUKI," and "HVEN. On Saturday, September 28, the stage will be set at or in Shibuya.

iichiko SUPER, which has evolved into a deep flavor by combining three types of original spirits, is gaining popularity among those unfamiliar with shochu and the younger generation.
