Another key feature is the "low flame notch mechanism. When the knob for adjusting the heat power is turned, it clicks into place at a low flame. This eliminates the worry of the flame often being extinguished when the flame is set to low.

BALMUDA's original Irori pot is also available to go along with the Table Stove. The old-fashioned shape with a handle and excellent heat storage properties make it useful for a variety of dishes, from sukiyaki to soups.

The "Moon Kettle" will be available starting Thursday, November 14, and the "Table Stove" will be available starting Friday, November 22 in black and early December in white.
