This joint exhibition, "Above Your Head," will be held in conjunction with the exhibition of the work of the following photographers, who are based in Japan and take photographs for fashion catalogs, portraits, and advertisements, while at the same time traveling around the world as part of their lifework to photograph the daily lives and landscapes of local people.Yusuke Abe. The other is TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist. (TakahiromiyashitaTheSoloist.), and is currently based in New York.E-WAX. two of them.
Although they live in different places and photograph different things, they are connected by a similar sense of connection. They shot their works in the forests of Yakushima, focusing on the beauty that resides in the mundane, which is often overlooked in the course of casual everyday life.
An opening reception will be held on Wednesday, August 30, the first day of the event . MAJOR FORCE K.U.D.O. will be the guest DJ. Everyone is welcome to attend, so feel free to visit.
