The sweaters and cardigans are made of comfortable 16G cotton knit. The silhouettes have been specially designed for the Ron Herman brand, with a relaxed body width and armholes, and a shortened length. Unlike the Brooks Brothers' standard cardigan, which can easily be used as an inner layer for jackets, this cardigan has a balance that allows it to be worn on its own.
The color is a subdued beige, which was specially selected for this issue. It is a completely different impression from the standard black and navy, and one that you will want to incorporate into your spring style.
Pin Point Oxford Shirt ¥28,600
The Oxford button-down shirt is one of Brooks Brothers' most popular shirts. The original details, such as the rolled collar and center box pleat, have been retained, but arranged in a boxy silhouette with just the right amount of room.
The fabric is smoother and shinier than usual because it uses 80/2 yarn, half the thickness of the standard fabric. The hems have also been updated from the previous special order to a round hem, and the attention to detail has been packed into every detail.
Typewriter Pants ¥31,900
The pants will be made in the Advantage Chino series by Brooks Brothers, using the "Hudson" pattern, a no-tuck model that is no longer being produced.
The roomy silhouette is both elegant and relaxed. The twill fabric is a blend of polyester and cotton, blending in with a wide range of styling from formal to casual.
This special-order collection will be available at all Ron Herman stores and online starting February 22 (Sat).
