The "Saddle" bag was once designed by John Galliano, inspired by the world of horseback riding, and reinterpreted brilliantly by Kim Jones in his first collection.
The new color of this self-acclaimed icon of Dior is beige. It evokes the dry land of South Africa, the home of Hilton Nel, the ceramic artist who is the focus of this season's collection, and has an indescribable colorful scent.
The leather is a calfskin called "Dior Icons," the result of careful tanning. Its pale hue brings out the beauty of the grain as it is.
The metal parts, including the brass "Dior" signature, play a supporting role, literally like smoldering silver.
The herringbone motif cotton-covered compartment consists of a main compartment, a slip pocket, and a zip closure tucked under a magnetic flap.
The leather strap is now removable.
