We told you about this last fall.The announcement of a large-scale exhibition of original drawings by manga artist Masamune Shirow, "The World of Masamune Shirow: "Ghost in the Shell" and the Trail of Creation," will be held in Japan.
Finally, the event will be held this coming Saturday, April 12.

This gorgeous lineup is highly anticipated by fans and features visuals from five films: "Ghost in the Shell," "Appleseed," "Dominion," "Senjutsu Super Attack Shell Orion," and "Black Magic.

A crossover of manga, art, and fashion creates an array of feverish merchandising. To begin with, I thought the lineup would be quite voluminous, but it has lightly exceeded that imagination.

Although the event is relatively long, about four months, the rule of thumb for this kind of thing is to go as soon as you are interested.

Admission for the above two days will be sold by lottery with the date and time completely set, and no tickets will be sold on the day of the event.

Shirow Masamune
Born in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Manga artist and illustrator, began working in the field of manga and illustration in 1980, making his commercial debut in 1985 with "Appleseed". 1989 saw the serialization of his best-known work, "Ghost in the Shell". He participated in the animated film "Black Magic M-66" as a co-director. In addition, he is active in a variety of other production fields, including games and art books.
