In 2010, AG introduced ozone technology. This technology drastically reduces the amount of chemicals and water used in the washing process, and has achieved a 56% reduction compared to conventional methods.

A good example of this is the original zippers that are available to accommodate a wide variety of crotch lengths, as well as the two-needle button closure. The ability to spare no effort in the development of time-consuming processes and parts is truly one of the strengths of Koos Manufacturing.

The care taken in the sewing process is particularly impressive. Generally, the inner thighs are sewn from the left or right side through the inseam and around in a circular motion, but "AG" sews on each side and then sews them together at the inseam. This method aligns the direction of the threads and allows for uniform aging of the fabric, such as biting.

The drying process, which follows sewing and processing, is also worthy of attention. AG" takes its time at a low temperature. It is obvious that the original softness of the fabric is preserved, but considering the cost and delivery time, such a lengthy process is not feasible.

The quality of the fabric itself is also high. AG" procures mainly slub fabrics woven with uneven yarns from among fabrics from Japan, Italy, and the United States. The reason for this is that the fabrics have a unique expression in the warp and woof, but not content with this, "AG" has also begun to develop its own original fabrics. Before being allowed to go on the sewing line, the denim fabrics have to clear inspection standards that are much more detailed than those of other brands in terms of shrinkage rate, color, and thread ......, and all of them are exceedingly strict.

The silhouette that is based on a thorough understanding of the human anatomy is the common appeal of "AG" denim. There are many models that serve as the face of the brand, such as the slim-straight "Matchbox" and the slim-tapered "Terris. It should be noted that even the pitch of the stitching and the position of the pockets have been carefully calculated to match the silhouette.

There is no doubt that the well-honed silhouette has contributed not only to the removal of the workwear label, but also to the recognition of these bottoms as a bottom that transcends styles and scenes.

The "AG-ed" collection, which showed off the new "AG" brand's groundbreaking strength, was like a wine with the number of years it is expected to last, such as three years or five years. Laser processing requires a template, but AG's template is an original one that was created from scratch out of a passion for the process (most of its competitors use existing templates). Although "AG" has established a second factory in Mexico to increase production, it still requires at least 100 workers to produce a single piece of denim! However, the production background remains the same, with close to 100 craftsmen working on a single piece of denim.
