In 2026, the pavilion that has supported Ikebukuro's culture for about 50 years will undergo a large-scale renovation for the first time since its establishment. ─ Do the three of you usually go shopping together?
Jin: As you can imagine, that hasn't happened recently. Both of them have grown up. Taro has left home and is living with a friend.
─ ─ I have the impression that you are a fashion lover. Do you like clothes?
Jin: Many people think so, but it's not true at all. My wife buys all my clothes, too. When we got married, she threw most of my clothes away and said, "How long are you going to wear this stuff? (Laughs). (Laughs.) Moreover, I am the type of person who is easily persuaded, and I buy things as soon as they are recommended to me.
─ ─ Are Taro and Shunta interested in fashion?
Shunta: So-so.
Jin: What's with the "so-so"?
Taro: I often go to vintage clothing stores. I like military clothes.
Jin: I remember that Taro insisted on wearing a military uniform to his high school graduation ceremony, and bought one at a thrift store, but it didn't have a hat. He bought a military uniform at a thrift store, but it didn't have a hat. He wore a brown hat that a security guard wears, but he looked like a security guard. That was interesting. Everyone came to the graduation ceremony in costume or made their own clothes, but I was just barely a security guard.
Taro: Yes, it is.
Jin: Shunta basically wears a G-jacket, G-pants, and a The Cro-Magnons T-shirt all the time.
Shunta: Now I want sweatpants.
Have you ever been to Ground WY?
Jin: It's my first time and I rarely come to such a nice restaurant, so I'm nervous. Haruta, try this on.
Shunta: Yeah.
Haruta is wearing "Wool Cavazin Men's Stand Collar Jacket ¥71,500".
Jin: It looks good on you. Taro looks good with this too.
Taro is wearing the "Neck Ribbed Long Blouse ¥77,000" made for the opening of the Ikebukuro store.
Jin-san was interested in a shirt made of rayon, a material that feels good against the skin. The blue floral pattern is expressed by inkjet printing, and has a presence with just one piece. (Front dolman big short sleeve shirt ¥94,600)
Jin: It's been a while since I wore black clothes, but black is still cool. And the smooth material is cool. It's nice to see the three of us lined up like this. Everyone looks so cool.
