Taro: I'm not used to going to a restaurant like the one I just went to.

(laughs). Do you have any connection to Ikebukuro?
Jin: When I was in my 20s, I worked part-time as a security guard at a hospital in Ikebukuro. I worked there for about five and a half years until I was able to make a living as a member of Rahmens. Jin: In the days when people still used cellular phones, Toyomoto of Tokyo03 was wearing a waterproof case for his cellular phone. I was inspired by that and started making them. It was a time when the term "cell phone case" did not exist yet. Incidentally, I have been wearing my cell phone diagonally since that era, so the times have finally caught up with us!
Shunta: Dad's phone is heavy.
Jin: Yes, it's heavy....
When I think of Jin-san, I still have a strong image of games and toys.
Jin: My kids have taken over the TV at home, and I don't carry a portable one around anymore, so all I play now are smartphone games. However, I used to play Capcom games a lot. I played "Resident Evil" and "Mega Man" as well. The game I played the most was probably "Monster Hunter.
Taro: The first game I was bought was "Monhan.
Jin: That's right; you bought a PSP and you and your son started playing together. It was right around the time Haruta was born. We played for a while from there.
Shunta: You have a lot of "Monhan" figures at home.
Taro: There are at least 10 of them.
Shunta: There are a lot of them I haven't seen around here either.
Is your house full of figurines?
Jin: There are so many that there is no end to them. Taro also collects stuffed toys of horses, and I'm not sure what else, "Uma Musume" or something like that.
Taro: . yes.
Jin: You know those mysterious cans from "Uma Musume"? The can that contained the energy drink. Throw that away right now!
Shunta: Oh, there was konnyaku meat.

What is "konnyaku-meat"?
Jin: It is a stamina restoring item for "MonHun". The quality of these items is getting better and better, and the latest one looks like a delicious lamb chop. In the past, they looked like cartoon meat.
Taro: Lioleus is also still cool.

Jin: Retouching these figures with paint makes them so much better. I often paint them myself after I buy them.
Do you have a lot of art supplies at home?
Jin: Whenever new art materials are released, I buy them anyway. I have about seven boxes of colored pencils and three drawers full of paints.
Do you both collect any of these items?
Taro: I fish, so lures and stuff.
Shunta: Pocketka.
Jin: We both collect pokekas, don't we?
