—What kind of bag were you carrying during your visit in June?

Kaneko:When I was shooting at PITTI, I often carried a simple tote from *Ferragamo*. This time, I went in with a new lens, and it fit perfectly in that tote. But of course, I couldn’t just put it in the bag as is, so I slipped an inner pouch inside before putting it in.
—Shot at Tote. Wasn't that a lot of work?
Kaneko:Since dressing stylishly is my focus this time, I didn't want to carry a shoulder bag. If I wear it crossbody, I'm bound to get sweat stains, so I chose a tote with that in mind—and it actually worked out pretty well.
—That's surprising.
Kaneko:I didn’t like how hanging the camera from my belt would cause weird creases in my jacket or get it dirty, so I kept taking it in and out. But that actually created a nice rhythm. Since the camera was a perfect fit for the bag, it sat nicely inside, and taking it in and out was smooth.
—So it’s a stylish photo shoot, then.
Kaneko:That’s absolutely right. Since it has magnetic snaps, opening and closing it is a breeze. Plus, this bag is incredibly light. It has plenty of depth and is very roomy, and I can store valuables like my passport in the zippered pocket, so it was perfect for this photo shoot.
—I'm also curious about the bags people use when they're on the go.
Kaneko:This is a tote bag that incorporates the design of a helmet bag. It's a very masculine piece, and I used it when heading from the airport into the city, or when traveling from Florence to Ferrara.

—Did you have a camera in there, too?
Kaneko:That’s right. When I was taking photos, I’d leave the main zipper open, and since it comes with a shoulder strap, I’d carry it over my shoulder. The shrunken leather is soft and doesn’t show scratches easily, so you can use it casually without worrying. On the other hand, the handles are made of Baccetta leather, which is very sturdy. It’s perfect for traveling, and it’s also elegant enough for everyday use.
—Besides this bag, what other items came in handy?

Kaneko:Next up is the Ferragamo garment bag. It’s made of double-layered high-density nylon, so it feels really substantial.
—Did you want to include the white jacket?
Kaneko:Exactly. Since this is one of my absolute favorite jackets, I wanted to put it in a sturdy garment bag that would give me peace of mind. It has a large pocket where I can store a folded shirt.
—Garment bags like this really have that Ferragamo vibe, don't they?
Kaneko:It’s been around for a long time, hasn’t it? The CEO of the Italian brand *Felisi* has been really promoting this item, too. I hear the brand places a lot of importance on the travel aspect of its products. It’s not the kind of thing you replace often, so I figured I might as well get a good one—and that’s why I bought it.
