The Patrick brand was started in 1892 by Patrick Beneteau, a shoemaker, and his sons in the village of Poussorge in western France. While the brand has a strong image of sneakers with a French taste, it has also been widely recognized in Japan for its high quality Japanese-made sneakers produced with high technology for more than 40 years since its arrival.

The "PATRICK REBORN PROJECT" is a project to revisit the brand's origins by manufacturing shoes again on French soil. As the first phase of the project, the Liverpool Trainer, a high-function football training shoe released in the 1980s, was created, and passion was poured into creating a product comparable to the quality of the original in a factory that used to manufacture football shoes.
