What is the appeal of this outerwear?

We are planning to go to a BBQ with members of the Shinjuku branch, and "Akigawabashi River Park Barbecue Land" in Akiruno City has been mentioned as a candidate. It's a place with a beautiful river running through it and forests all around. We will have a BBQ in the great nature and create pleasant memories!
