The fun of quantifying momentum.
How do you feel about the SUUNTO 7?
Fujii:When I go out for a walk with "SUUNTO 7" on, it measures the distance I have walked and the calories I have burned . . It is very interesting to see the amount of exercise I have done expressed in numbers. . It is also fun to be able to check the route you walked on a map when you link it to your smartphone after a walk.

What other features do you particularly like?
Fujii:The ability to vibrate for incoming phone calls and messages is very useful. Also, I thought it was interesting to be able to check the map at hand. I think it will be useful when I go on a trip and walk through unfamiliar places.

The design is also excellent.
It goes well with clothes.
What do you think of the design of the "SUUNTO 7"?

Fujii:It is tough but sophisticated , and gives the impression of being upscale. . I think it is frankly cool. Like "Vector," it is large in size and has a strong presence.
This is the same diameter as the Suunto field compass. Suunto started out as a compass brand.
Fujii:I see. I didn't know that. Most smartwatches have square dials. I don't like them. I definitely prefer round dials on both regular watches and smartwatches.
Why did you choose black from among the five color variations?
Fujii:. I thought it would be the least assertive and would be easy to match with clothes. Yes, in terms of affinity with clothes, I think silicon straps are a little too sporty.

The straps are interchangeable. Textile and leather types are available separately.
Fujii:. that would be nice. If you replace it with a textile strap, it would give it a military look and make it even cooler.
