What models of "Converse" have you worn in the past? If possible, please tell us about them with a brief episode.
I used to wear the leather "All Stars" with embroidered patches that Will Smith wore in the movie "I Robot" when I was studying in the United States. Sneakers that I wear on a daily basis often have a story behind them. I get more attached to them that way.
How was the comfort of the model you actually chose?
It is convenient that there are no shoelaces, so they can be put on and taken off smoothly! Moreover, the high cushioning of the insole is a nice feature. I usually walk a lot, so I appreciate it.
What did you think of the design and features?
I'm insanely happy that they are water repellent. I'm the type of person who prefers to wear sneakers instead of rain boots even on rainy days. The fact that they were originally adapted from fishing boots is also an interesting point of view. I'd like to try styling them with fishing-inspired outfits next time.
Do you have any personal rules when wearing sneakers?
Basically, I don't really like shiny sneakers, and I want them to look moderately worn, so I wear them hard anyway. For example, my sneakers are a little scuffed up from skating, or have dirt on them after a walk. I get a little bit nervous when I see myself wearing them like that (laughs).
. What is the point of today's outfit?
Since the sneakers were in a subdued color, I thought work-inspired denim would go well with them, so I paired them with vintage over-alls from the 90s. I thought it might be a little too austere for a girl to wear, but I thought it would look cute with a low waist and a rough look, creating a fresh air rather than a transient trend. Besides, it fits perfectly with the style of "Converse" as I see it!
