I liked this parka the moment I saw it. It looked like one of those local parkas sold at street stalls in tourist spots. It was made of a crumbly material and had a very rough look to it. But when it is made with the super high quality materials of Sunspel and the elegant logo of Sofnet, it is so much more sofiscate. But, well, that's to be expected when these two companies work together. It is not particularly surprising. What is more important is that it has a "souvenir hoodie" feel. I'm not that good with logos, but this one really stuck out to me. Needless to say, this is a very personal impression, so I don't know if that's what the production side was aiming for or not.

I think I'm going to like glaze.
For a while, Beniwalen was all the rage. These are rugs woven by the Berbers, a mountain nomadic tribe of Morocco, in an area called Beniwalen. I looked for a rug myself, but I couldn't find one like it, so I ended up buying a Middle Eastern rug, and that was the end of my rug hunting trip for now. I was supposed to do that, but then I found this wonderful item at "Ron Herman". The best part is the color. When Beniwaren was popular, everyone was looking for white with black lines, and I was one of them. But, that color is very stained, of course. On the other hand, this rug has a gray base. It's not gray, it's more like a glaze (gray + beige). Anyway, I thought the color was fantastic, and fell in love with it at first sight. By the way, this is size M, and it is quite large (W:120mm, H:190mm), but the price is very reasonable. Hmmm... I'm torn.

For me, running is an everyday activity, so it is desirable that my everyday clothes be runnable. I bought a pair of Deerskin gloves from Hestra around 2010, and I still use them. I know it's not a glove shop that makes the best gloves, but as a brand that specializes in gloves, they fit well and are very durable. I also like the Swedish design. However, the Deerskin model is for mountain use, and this one is for town use. It can be used as a first layer of gloves and is touch screen compatible. The fabric is medium-thick, and this one piece will protect you from the cold in the city. I also ride my bicycle in the winter and have no problem with just this one layer. I thought about a GORE-TEX model, but I decided to go with this one from an easy-care point of view.

At the end of last year, Huinamu also ran a feature on "beauty men. However, I am sure that readers who are over 30 years old do not feel like "men" and are uncomfortable with the word "beauty". So, it might be better to think of them not as "beauty guys" but rather as "clean uncles. I don't wear make-up myself, but I do use good milky lotion, hand soap, and other such small things. My recent favorite is "Amulet series" by Uka. The hand soap in particular is quite good, and although I wash my hands more often than usual, my hands feel moisturized every time I wash them. In 2007, I went to the U.S. for the first time and went to Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles and bought a lot of "American Apparel" instead of second-hand clothes (even though I could buy them in Japan). There were many fans of the store, so on the last day of business in Japan, many people came to see the store. The former CEO of the store launched LOS ANGELES APPREL. The name may have shrunk from the U.S. to Los Angeles, but the production has been updated. For study purposes, I try to ask "Where is it from? I try to ask "Where?" when I see something someone is wearing that interests me, and I think it was around last summer that I started to hear "Los Angeles Apparel" more often. This winter, I've seen a lot of stylists and others wearing the brand. In addition, the opening of the flagship store in Harajuku. It's definitely making waves. I also like the turtleneck's cozy feel.
