Similarities between sauna and Scarp D Next.

Shampoo and rinse in public bathhouses may not be suitable for some people's hair type. When you go to a public bathhouse, do you bring your own shampoo and rinsing products?
Yamada:Yes, I do. I will bring a small portion. If it's too big, it gets in the way, but a size like this "Scalp D Next Organic" is just right.

Nishimoto:I also bring my own. After sweating in the sauna, I want my hair to feel clean and fresh. There are very few organic products around me, but Scalp D Next Organic has a nice pear and lily scent. I felt the scent strongly while washing, but I don't dislike it.
Yamada:The smell is not too strong. It is more of a masculine smell than a feminine one. But it doesn't smell like an old man.
Scalp D shampoo costs about 4,000 yen. In comparison, this one costs 1806 yen each (excluding tax).
Yamada:I think women would spend more money on hair care products, but I think the price is within the acceptable range for men, although of course there are individual differences. And that is organic, isn't it?

It's organic, but it also lathers very well.
Yamada:The lather, is quite good. Washing with a lot of lather tends to make my hair squeaky clean, but I've also used a pack conditioner, which gives it a nice finish.

What do you like about Pack Conditioner?
Nishimoto:After shampooing, I finish with a hair pack that I apply to my scalp, and I think it is an important element because its scent lingers even after I leave the bath. In that sense, I like the pear and lily of the valley scent, which is the same as that of the shampoo. The smell is refreshing, and my scalp feels nice and smooth after leaving the bath.

Yamada:I wonder if it's menthol, but it definitely leaves a heady sensation. The feeling of the blood vessels in my scalp tightening up is a bit similar to the sensation of an air bath after a sauna. It's more like a feeling of air leaving the body.

You've brought the conversation back to saunas. Many people go to saunas to "TOTONOU (revitalize)", but what does it feel like to TOTONOU (revitalize)?
Yamada:It's hard to describe in words, but I guess it means that I can become nothing. When I am in the sauna, I listen to music related to the bath with Bluetooth earphones, and the other day, I cried when I heard "Nice Hot Water" by The Drifters, which I thought was a great song.

Nishimoto:I, too, get emotional at times. I probably would not cry under normal circumstances, but when I watched Masaki Sugata's music video after TOTONOU (revitalize), tears flowed. Maybe it brings people back to a very pure state.
