We do what we can do. . That is the true joy of the outdoors.
Hinohara Village, where the members-only campground "HINOKO TOKYO" is located, is the only village in Tokyo except for an island. Its vast area is roughly equivalent to the inside of the Yamanote Line . . Much of it consists of mountains, mainly forests. As a tourist attraction, it is famous for Hossawa Falls, the only waterfall in Tokyo that has been selected as one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan. The forestry industry is thriving in the area, and there is no shortage of untouched nature and mountain produce.
Through HINOKO TOKYO, I want people to experience the charm of Hinohara Village.
About three years ago, "Trailheads," led by Mr. Yamaguchi, built a campground at this location.

I usually produce office spaces, but as one of my experiments in free working spaces, I first created a mobile office called "OFFICE CARAVAN. As one of my experiments in creating a free working space, I created a mobile office called "OFFICE CARAVAN," and moved the entire office to campgrounds in Mie, Yamanashi, and other locations to work. However, since my main business is building offices, my work was mainly done in the city center. It became difficult for me to go to rural areas, so I decided to open my own campsite as a way of checking in to a permanent place of residence, rather than caravanning.
HINOKO TOKYO" consists of three sites: "BONFIRE," which can accommodate a large group of campers, "TIMBER," which is surrounded by trees, and "FARM," which is sunny and close to water and toilets, and has a system of limiting one group per site. . In addition to camping, visitors can enjoy the abundant nature of Hinohara Village, including the nearby climbable mountains and the adjacent river. For example, you can catch released landlocked salmon and sweetfish during the fishing season, and enjoy the autumn leaves all around in fall.

. visited various locations with his mobile office, OFFICE CARAVAN.
HINOKO TOKYO" shows different faces depending on the season and the visitor.
If you listen carefully to Mr. Yamaguchi's talk, you will realize that he is not aiming for scarcity in any way, even though he calls it a membership system.
. not only for camping, but also for people and companies who come to enjoy it as a place to workcation." . It's not just a place to camp, but a place where you can enjoy yourself in many different ways. . But basically, we don't have a permanent staff. . We want people to enjoy the true joy of the outdoors by doing what they can do on their own. The facilities are simple, so when we are done, we clean up neatly for the next person, and we want everyone to feel as if they are sharing the field, which is why we have adopted a membership system.
