Six methods to wear Champion's MADE IN USA.

Founded in 1919, the athletic wear brand "Champion" has been loved for more than 100 years. Among its many items, the "T1011" series, which is synonymous with heavyweight T-shirts, is notable for its commitment to American manufacturing, from material procurement to yarn selection and sewing, and is made in the USA. Six experts wear such wear that can be said to be a permanent and unchanging staple. What is the method of wearing "authentic" in six different ways?

You are wearing a "Champion" made in the USA. Do you like American-made products?

Yes, I do. I have more made-in-USA items than made-in-France or made-in-Germany items. I like them so much that I have even made original apparel such as T-shirts, pants, and bags in the U.S. It is more difficult than making them domestically. It is more difficult than making them in Japan, and there are many difficulties, but I still admire it.

What was the hardest part?

We have to wait patiently for communication and delivery dates (laughs). I think it is really amazing that a global brand like 〈Champion〉 continues to make products made in the U.S.A.

I feel the pride of "Champion" there. What do you find attractive about American-made products?

I like the fact that they use fabrics that are hard to find in Japan. For example, the backed fabrics I look for in Japan and the U.S. are completely different. When I look at fabrics made in the U.S., I find many that are exquisite and not found in Japan. You can clearly see the difference when you put a sleeve through it.

This sweatshirt is a 9 oz. fabric developed based on the classic fleece that was popular in the 90's and can be worn in 3 seasons. Made in the USA.

I like the raised feel. If you look for fabrics like this in Japan, there are not that many options. It's just the right thickness, somewhere between a sweatshirt and a long T, and easy to layer. I think women also like tops of this thickness.

Do you wear sweatshirts often?

I wear sweats almost every day, both at home and outside. For the past three years or so, I've bought shirts, but I've worn them less often. Sweatshirts are easy.

I like the depth of the navy color, which is different from the denim pants you have worn.

Japanese navy is dark, but the color of this sweatshirt is a shallow navy that looks American. This navy is easier to match with denim.
