I feel that a good rhythm is created by the run.
Let me ask you again about running. I know that physical exercise makes you healthier, of course, but how do you feel it affects your mental health?
Kondo:I think it will have a very positive impact. For me, it is a great way to refresh myself. I work as a freelance stylist and have several projects going on at the same time, so it's hard for me to have time off completely. Even after the shoot is over, I have to return the work and organize the credits. But there is a sense of completion of my work by running.

Running is a way to reset the system.
Kondo:That's how I feel. On the other hand, if I don't run, I get lazy, or my life slows down. I feel that running creates a good rhythm: work, run, refresh, work again, and so on. I think this will have a positive effect on my mental health.
It also gives me time to go offline. It frees me from the time I spend looking at my phone and being busy with other things. I often go camping, and even there I feel a sense of freedom from everyday life. I think the appeal of running is that you can do it more easily.
Finally, what are some of the run-related activities that you would like to do in the future?
Kondo:I am still interested in trekking. I usually do mountain climbing, and I see people running when I climb mountains. So I am interested in what it is like. I am interested in what it is like. There are many people around me who do it, and I hear a lot about how good it feels. I would like to try it soon.
