Timeless universality like Reverse Weave®.

Champion is now offering a full-scale line of sneakers as well.

Plain:I like "expressive" sneakers these days.
Sho:"Expression," huh? That's a great stylist's expression (laughs).
I think it's a lovely expression of love (laughs).
Plain:(Laughs). Sneakers with character, or low-tech but with a bit of volume and a cute design. I try to wear something that is easy to walk in. I tend to wear rough clothes that are easy to move around in, so I want to choose something simple but unique for my feet.

Sho:For me, it's all about the color. I especially like team colors. For example, yellow and purple like the Lakers. I've recently realized that I like sneakers that have colors in them. I also think about my clothes based on the color of the sneakers.
Asai:I wear sneakers far more often than most women, so I may be looking for more things. For example, when I skateboard, I wear skate shoes, and when it rains, I wear waterproof shoes, etc. I am also conscious of TPO. My roots are in hip-hop, so I definitely want to match colors.
Also, since I often wear vintage clothes from the 90s, I dare to mix sneakers with the latest functional sneakers, and I am careful not to make it look like a costume from that time. I almost always think of the sneakers as the main part of the outfit for the day.

Sho:Not wanting to be a cosplayer is crazy important.
Champion sneakers are an unexpected item compared to sweatshirts.
Sho:I knew about it because of my job. Did you start recently?
I see. How did you feel when you actually tried them on?

Pull straps on the footwear provide easy on/off.
Sho:Despite their voluminous appearance, they are lightweight and really easy to wear. Also, the price range is inexpensive and easy to get hold of, as you would expect from Champion. Even if the Reverse Weave® is saggy, it still looks cool because it shows off the person's style, and I want to wear these out as much as possible. I like the combination of navy, white, and red, which are not the team colors I mentioned earlier, because it looks very American. I also like the fact that they have pull straps.

The iconic "C logo" sits on the midsole.
Plain:I like this simplicity. I think it's good to pick up that kind of atmosphere in coordination, which seems to suit everyday life. Sneakers like these are cool even if they are worn out. You can wear them on a rainy day without worrying about them getting a little dirty from the dirt. I want to wear them in their natural state, without overdoing it.
Sho:Sure, this looks cool even if it is dirty.

Slip-on type with 2-way heel step
Asai:Earlier, I said that I think of sneakers as the main coordination element, but this moc-type model might be the opposite. I think I can wear them as casually as I would wear sweatshirts, without thinking about anything else. They fit well and are surprisingly light. They feel so natural that you might think you are wearing nothing but socks.
What would you suggest to women from a stylist's point of view to wear these sneakers in a different way?
Plain:The contrast between white and blue works well, so that might be a good way to add a hip-hop element to it. If you gussied up the skin as well, it could be quite pretty.
Sho:That's how I feel. I wear hoodies with shorts for a healthy look.
Plain:Even with colored socks, the feet stand out and are easy to play with in many ways.
Sho:Indeed. Yellow or orange socks, don't they look good?
