"It would be a waste to judge by preconceived notions!" With this in mind, we have five pieces.

Item01_Gonzo Cuntry Block Print T-Shirt

Hatanaka: Now it's my turn. I prepared three sheets for the now-defunct Gonzo Country label by Mark Gonzalez, which is a favorite of everyone. I was like, "How many editions did you use for this one sheet?
Nakano: Isn't that just plain awesome? I mean, there's a version made for each panel, and then they are combined.
Hatanaka: Yes, and it was hand printed. I wonder when was the last time you did this, izmt-chan?
Izmt: I think it was around 2002. It was sold at Watari-um Museum of Contemporary Art.
Hatanaka: Gonz has a lot of licensed products now, don't you think? He himself is a legend and we all love him, but his license is only available at ....... I chose this site because I wanted to let people know that there are some really interesting products out there.
Nakano: That's simply a lot of money. You're wasting it in a good way (laughs).
Izmt: I think I heard at the time that Gonz himself was hand-printing them. So the list price was around 20,000 yen, depending on the item.
Hatanaka: I don't remember any more. So, I think I'll keep one copy, ......, and sell it for 7,800 yen this time in honor of Gonz, I hope you get the idea (laughs).
Nakano: Honestly, isn't it a thing that already has a value attached to it?
Hatanaka: That's why, even at auctions and such, people don't know about them, so they can be found or found at relatively low prices.
Nakano: It's only a matter of time before they notice you. But this isn't treated as a regular thing anymore (laughs).
Item02_X-large Union Flag T-Shirt

Hatanaka: Next, I'd like to show you one of the coolest things I've ever seen. It's an early "Extra Large," but for some reason it has a Union Flag on it. The print is more modest in size than now. The print is more modest in size than now, and it really is from the time when the Beastie Boys were wearing it. I know some of you have been paying attention, but I still think the early large ones are cool.

Nakano: It's a brand that everyone knows, but the smell of the time when it was established, which is completely different from today, is very appealing.
Izmt: We used to carry the early "extra-large" models as well. ......
Hatanaka: Wow, that's fast indeed!
Izmt: I guess it was too early for anyone to keep up with them, and they stayed on the market all the way to the bargain bin (smiles). However, the early T-shirts are not at all rare. I feel like it's getting harder and harder to buy T-shirts from the West Coast because of the rising prices of "Project Dragon" and other austere street brands from the East Coast.
Hatanaka: I think one of the reasons why it is so hard to find XL size T-shirts is that when you Google "extra large" "vintage" and "T-shirt", you usually get XL size T-shirts. I think this is one of the reasons why it's so difficult to find them. Maybe they are not so popular in the U.S. to begin with.
Izmt: That's the way it is, isn't it?
Hatanaka: Yeah, it might catch fire: ....... I still don't want to sell this one either.
All: (Laughter).
Item03_Mont-bell T-Shirt

Hatanaka: Next is "Montbell. Montbell is one of Japan's leading outdoor brands. I heard that you can find such a thing in the early days of the brand.
Nakano: There is a hint of early "ACG" about it. The tag is well made, and I've never seen this logo ...... before.

Hatanaka: I know, right? I love the jokey feeling of writing "Not Just Mountain Clothing" on the tag.
Izmt: (Laughter). That's not good.
Nakano: When was this dated?
Izmt: The brand itself must have been around since the mid 70's. I think this is more of a conscious effort to cater to the American market. The silhouette and design don't really have a Japanese feel to them.
Hatanaka: It is certainly possible, since the tags and prints are all in English. I mean, is this really the "Montbell" we know and love?
Izmt: By the way, "Mont Belle" means "beautiful mountain" in French. Mont is a mountain and Bel is beautiful.
Nakano: Heh~. So it's different, then...it's a mystery.
Izmt: No, it's that Montbell (laughs).
Item04_Death Valley T-Shirt

Hatanaka: The other T-shirt, also related to outdoor activities, is a souvenir from Death Valley, a national park in the United States. Most T-shirts of this type are printed with crude illustrations and look rustic, but this one is very sophisticated. The size of the print looks like a box design that could be on a Supreme T-shirt. Isn't the discomfort good?
Nakano: It even has the feel of modern art. This is what is normally cool.
Hatanaka: And they are dead stock. In addition to these, I have been carefully selecting and collecting only National Park type items with sophisticated designs, so I plan to exhibit some of them this time.
Nakano: Up until now, the National Parks' "Champion" body, which has a small number of units, has attracted a lot of attention, but with a modern design like this, it may be even more difficult to find.
Izmt: In this type of item, the larger sizes are popular overseas and sell out first, so there is a theory that even this L size was left behind in the dead market.
Hatanaka: I see.
Item05_The Bord Messege T-Shirt

Hatanaka: Finally, everyone's favorite art T-shirt. "BUY ART NOT FOLLOWERS" is a very stylish piece that is very museum-like. This one itself is quite recent, but I chose it for its simple message. Also, there was a concept for this "DREGULAR T-Shirt Exhibition," which is ......, what was it again?
Nakano: "I finally found a T-shirt at a thrift store, and I didn't expect anyone to like it. I couldn't wait until I got home, and I was thrilled to put it on right away. I was embarrassed, but I didn't want to forget it.
Hatanaka: Yes, that's right! The concept of this event also happens to be similar to that of this event, so I thought I would introduce it to you.
Nakano: Although, there is a sense of contradiction where this message is used in merchandising (laughs). But which museum is this from? This design itself looks familiar, but .......
Hatanaka: It is from The Broad, a contemporary art museum in downtown Los Angeles. So maybe you can buy the same item even now. We are making it very cheap with that kind of risk hedge (laughs).
Nakano: This body is Izmt-kun's recent favorite. It's thin, terry, and soft.
Izmt: Yes, yes. Soft weight is the best. The only thing I don't like about the white ones is the nipple transparency, but they are very comfortable to wear. International skaters also wear soft weights because it's too hot when they sweat. Untie Hero has been doing the same for a long time.
Hatanaka: So this is my first recommendation!
