This is a new brand that will be launched this fall/winter.apresseI was so impressed with the double jacket from "The New York Times" that I ordered this pinstripe one without a second thought, even though it is not a pattern. I hardly even wear tailored jackets to begin with, and I think to myself that a double jacket is quite a hurdle to jump, but for some reason I felt I could wear this one. In terms of details, I like the position of the gauze, the shape of the lapel, the relaxed form, and the short length, but what attracted me was not these things but the atmosphere the item exudes, which is hard to explain. I got off the train at Zushi Station, took a bus, passed through Hayama and Chojagasaki, and sailed about 100 days a year on a deserted beach called Kuruwa Beach. It was a muddy, tide-soaked day, and there was not a word for fashionable. The jacket my seniors were wearing on the boat was a Helly Hansen jacket. Running shoes have regulations set by the World Association of Athletics Federations. New rules, such as restrictions on sole thickness and the number of built-in plates, have been established since the height sole boom in order to ensure fair competition. Of course, the theory is that sports manufacturers develop products based on these rules, but adidas has broken the rules. This is the "adizero Prime X." The midsole is made of low-density, high-rebound rubber. The midsole is made up of three layers of "Light Strike Pro," a low-density, highly resilient foam, and the sole is 50 mm thick, exceeding the regulation 40 mm by a wide margin. The mock neckline, despite its sweet tightness, stands up well. This is exactly the ideal mock-neck T-shirt I was looking for. I got the black and white ones in a hurry, but I'm also interested in the other colors. The crew neck and henley neck in the same series are also good. ......

In January this year, I went to the Comme des Garcons men's exhibition, and among the many new items for the fall/winter 2021 season, my feet suddenly stopped at "Comme des Garcons Junya Watanabe Man". The reason for this was the runway show music playing on the TV monitor. The jazzy beats and the mumbled rap music that accompanied the music. It sounded similar to the music of Nujavez, which was used in the brand's shows in the past. I learned from the PR person that it was a song by an English rapper named Royle Carner. I deeply regretted not being able to go to the show that was held the day before this exhibition because of my schedule. I would have loved to have heard it being played on a live stage called the runway.... The T-shirt selected here is a T-shirt with the lyrics of a Carner song printed on it. At first glance, they may look like different colors, but the lyrics chosen and the brush strokes are different on each one. The design, which looks like graffiti, is as expected of Junya Watanabe Mann. These are three pieces that you will want to wear until they wear out like old band T-shirts.

In Japan, the word "decluttering" has been bandied about and a lifestyle of not owning things is considered a virtue, but this has nothing to do with Paul Smith. This is not the case at all with Paul Smith, as is evident in his office, which is crammed full of stuff, as introduced in magazines and on his Instagram page. The T-shirts we picked up here are the fruits of his collection. One of his collections, cowboy goods, is the source of the T-shirts. The inspiration for this T-shirt came from a vintage bandana. The dynamic cowboys and horses, and the bold use of color, seem to have taken on a vintage European feel to this piece. I have been looking at Paul Smith's products for many years, but I think it is rare to see such an aggressive design.

This is the year I want to wear sunglasses to protect my eyes from the strong summer sun. There is a reason why I wrote "this is the year," and I have been looking for them for several years. My hope is for a basic pair that I can wear for a long time. The ideal shape is "The Spectacle". This is a collection of antique frames from the 1920s to the 1970s, all of which have been assigned a control number and are stored in a database for after-sales care. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it at Globe Specs, a well-known store in Finam, and picked it up here. By the way, the photo shows both of them from "American Petitcal," and the top one is the same model as that of Bill Evans, a master jazzvianist.
