It was a weekend in October, with occasional flashes of rain in the clear autumn sky. When I visited Solso Farm, located a short distance from the station in Kawasaki City, I was surprised by the number of customers, even though it was just a little past 9:00 a.m., the opening time of the restaurant.

After admiring how active everyone was this morning, I was further surprised when a staff member said, "By noon, we will have twice as many visitors as this number. The news that more and more people are enjoying plants at home seemed to have come true.

SOLSO FARM is a plant store operated by SOLSO, which is indispensable when discussing today's green (plant) trends. SOLSO, which directs the greenery at numerous commercial and residential facilities such as Futakotamagawa Tsutaya, also operates stores and farms such as SOLSO PARK in Minami Aoyama and BIOTOP NURSERIES in Shirokanedai.
