When you first opened the restaurant, did you expect it to last this long?

Mountainside:I didn't expect that at all. I started with a friend of mine who was in "Paris Peking Records," but he passed away after about two years. That blanked me out for a while, but I guess that's when I felt the need to continue somewhere.
Nishimoto:What do you want to do with the store in the future?
Mountainside:I don't have a theme that I want to pursue, and I think it's important to keep going for now.
Nishimoto:Like, we're going to do it slow.
Mountainside:. It's not like I'm going to leave Tokyo and go to the countryside.
Nishimoto:Do you like Tokyo?
Mountainside:It's still fun. The most interesting. There is no other place where it is so interesting and the food is so good.

Nishimoto:I would like to see Rossup continue for a long time now.
