Are you interested in art?
Shibukawa: Art , I like it. It's like a painting, right? Like comic books. It's all the rage now, right?

Kagami: ..........
Shibukawa: Picasso, right?
Kagami: Are you okay?
Shibukawa: I lived in New York once. I went to a lot of places then.
Kagami: Where?
Shibukawa: MoMA, for example.
Kagami: And the rest?
Shibukawa: . and the Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City.
Kagami: Mr. Shibukawa , it is also MoMA.
. .......... How long have you lived there?
Shibukawa: About 2 weeks .
Kagami: You don't live there!
. (laughs). You are a contemporary artist, Kagami-san. What do you think about your direction as an artist?

Shibukawa: That's what I'm wondering about Shibukawa too. Do you think about doing something different from others?
Kagami: I'm not really conscious of that kind of thing. . or rather, I do so subconsciously. I want to create something that no one has ever seen before. To do that, I need to be aware of trends. That's why I look at all kinds of works.
Shibukawa: . Shibukawa also reads "Senken Shinbun" every day. . He also reads "WWD", and "Playboy".
Kagami: Mr. Shibukawa! What trends are you checking?
Shibukawa: Jordan .
Kagami: However, I think it is very difficult to create originality. A style develops as one continues to work, but there are so many different ways to express oneself nowadays that I think it is difficult for those who want to grow as artists.
Shibukawa: Yes, that's right. In the case of clothing, you have to be somewhat conscious of trends or you won't sell well. If Shibukawa makes clothes based solely on his own creativity, he may end up making things like dokajans and mongpais.
Kagami: That's cool, though.
Shibukawa: Thanks.
Kagami-san, you have your own T-shirt brand called "C." Did you start that with the idea of making fashion items? Did you start it with the idea of making fashion items?
Kagami: I have been doing this for about 15 years now. At first, I was just thinking of making T-shirts.

Shibukawa: The one with the Japanese writing on it that makes it hard to wear, right? Shibukawa , I saw it on Mercury. Who would wear it?
Kagami: Yes, it is hard to wear (laughs). (Laughs.) That's why I don't pay attention to trends when it comes to "C.
Shibukawa: I still have to write in English. SEPARATE BATH & TOILET.
Do you want to make something that will sell?
Shibukawa: Shibukawa: It is not a one-man brand, but many people are involved. If it doesn't sell, we can't continue it. I would like to do something cool like Kagami's "C" and make it a business, but I don't know why.
Suddenly you started praising him.
Shibukawa: However, Shibukawa thinks it would be difficult to do so in Japan. Therefore, I think we should keep what we make basic, and try to do something interesting with announcements and the like.
Kagami: It is very difficult to find the right balance between the two. Even if there is a mainstream in art and fashion, and you feel at ease if you stay in that zone, there is a desire to be somewhere a little off the beaten path.
Shibukawa: . yes, I agree. Shibukawa agrees.
Kagami: So it's good to put one foot in front of the other a little bit. Like a boiling water commercial . Don't push! Don't push! Like that.
Shibukawa: If I were in that situation, Shibukawa, I would definitely push Kagami-san and throw him into boiling water.
Kagami: Please don't do that!
Shibukawa: Jordan .
