Q1: What is the point of today's coordination?
Sugimoto: The overall look is a rough, relaxed silhouette. The combination of materials with different textures - low-gauge knit for the top, mesh for the inner layer, and sweatshirt for the pants - adds visual depth to the outfit. By keeping the colors as low as possible, the light coloring of the knitwear, which is intentionally worn inside out, is enhanced.
Q2. What is the appeal of vintage clothing? . Please also tell us about some vintage clothing that you have been interested in recently.

Sugimoto: It's a place where you can feel a wildness that you can't find in sarah clothes. Many of the items have been changed over time, so there is a natural sense of loose-fitting. The secondhand clothes I've been interested in lately are oriental designs. I have a vague idea that the colorful patterns of African batik could be worn in a cool way now. I want to coordinate them in my own colorful way.
Q3. How do you feel about wearing this work?
Sugimoto: The color of the dove and the three lines are stylishly and casually linked with the mouth of the shoes. Perhaps because they are based on white, they are colorful but not gaudy at all. I think that's why you don't have to choose what to wear with them. I chose USAFA (United States Air Force Academy) pants. I thought that sneakers with a sweatshirt would be too casual, but the "Top Ten" has a crisp color and tightens up my feet.

Q4. How did you find this work with old clothes?
Sugimoto: I think it would look great with old American-style clothes to match the 80's atmosphere. On the other hand, I think it would also fit well with items with a modern design. The coloring of "Top Ten" is superb, isn't it? As long as the color balance is maintained, it can be worn with any old clothes.
